If i were you, I'd take in ~185 grams of protein, 3500 cals per day of good, lean food.
And L-glutamine and aminogen for recovery. To each their own though. :hi5:

Breakfast: Bowl of cereal, 2% milk, then about 20 minutes later a protein shake with 2% milk
First Snack: protein pudding
Second Snak: Yogurt
Lunch: 2 chicken breats and a starch of some sort
Thrid Snack: protein pudding
Fourth Snack: usually carrots or celery
Dinner: 2 chicken breasts and a salad or vegetable side
Lift
Post Workout: An apple or some sort of super sugary fruit to jump my insulin production then a protein shake about 20 minutes later
Usually yogurt or something right before I go to bed, milk or egg based protein to help with breakdown and recovery throughout the night
