Official HAN Fitness Camp III
How big are you? :eek4:
Excess protein will be stored as fat or passed through urine btw. :hs:
I throw a lot of grenades
plus I usually looking for where the enemy is spawning, you get the most kills or atleast top 3 but you also have a higher chance of dying a lot

The reason i am loading so much right now is to make sure that my muscles have enough protein to build as fast and efficiently as possible. It helps greatly in recovery time and building mass quickly. I used this plan a couple of years ago (same workout, same diet) and put on 18 pounds of lean muscle in 4 months while dropping my body fat by almost 3% (11% down to 8%).
I know it goes against most conventions, but I have used it with wonderful success before.

Please post up a quick sketch of your diet.
It goes against everything my college education has taught me. :lmao:
If i were you, I'd take in ~185 grams of protein, 3500 cals per day of good, lean food.
And L-glutamine and aminogen for recovery. To each their own though. :hi5:
