How's the p90x working for you? I've always wondered how it compares to just being dedicated to a normal lifting routine and intense cardio.

Well its a go-to kinda workout. Takes the thinking out of it. It will work for everyone, but naturally at different levels. The harder you push, the better the results. I'm DEAD at the end of each workout. I've been told by a few people that my face is getting slimmer, I've gone down 2 belt holes and I'm way stronger right now than I was when I wasn't starting. the only thing I miss is the flat bench. Other than that, my muscles still hurt like hell 2 days after each workout 'cause I keep pushing to failure and beyond. Like TOTAL failure.

Only problem is that each video takes a long time, but works a nice variety of workouts. The only way to beat it is to have an awesome superset routine with all the neccessary weights to bang it out in 15-30 mins. (probably only a total of 7-15 mins of acutal lifting.

Yeah I usually do a high rep superset routine that takes under 30mins. I need to get back in the gym, and stay dedicated to cardio. I'm not sure I can dedicate an hour a day to work out to p90x in the living room.

Sure you can.. I'm sure you waste more time on bs tv. It goes by quick and you always get that feeling of accomplishment after you dominate the workout.

Hey Zackkk you talk a lot about how good all these shakes taste and what not and how much you know about the ingredients and what seems to be best for everyone but i dont recall you ever posting a picture/s. i think you just read a lot and lift, well non. prove me wrong, but i doubt it.

I know a little bit more then the average person about working out. But i have proven that what i do works. and i have shown pics for proof, and heres some more Before and After/During pics.

my weekends are killing me, I don't workout on fri and sat and then i eat like i'm 300 lbs.
