Well its a go-to kinda workout. Takes the thinking out of it. It will work for everyone, but naturally at different levels. The harder you push, the better the results. I'm DEAD at the end of each workout. I've been told by a few people that my face is getting slimmer, I've gone down 2 belt holes and I'm way stronger right now than I was when I wasn't starting. the only thing I miss is the flat bench. Other than that, my muscles still hurt like hell 2 days after each workout 'cause I keep pushing to failure and beyond. Like TOTAL failure.

Only problem is that each video takes a long time, but works a nice variety of workouts. The only way to beat it is to have an awesome superset routine with all the neccessary weights to bang it out in 15-30 mins. (probably only a total of 7-15 mins of acutal lifting.
