Been keeping with it as much as I can, but I had to call off my workout Thurs. and probably won't try again until Sun. or Mon. b/c I apparently injured my left wrist when I worked out on Tuesday.

I'm guessing it was either doing incline pushups or deep pushups, but for all I know it could have been when I did wide pullups.
I'm in the dark b/c I didn't notice it until early Thursday when I went to tie my shoes and really felt it in my wrist. I don't feel anything when supporting my weight on the pullup bar, and very little in the pushup position (w/ hands wrapped around the bar of an iron gym) but if I try to support myself for a deep pushup (also on iron gym) it hurts real bad in one position, but if I change my hands a bit it's barely noticeable...

I either need to be more careful how I position my hands or consider wearing wrist braces - the cheap ones that just hold pressure around the wrist. I'm assuming that might help, not sure.

I don't have very small wrists, but apparently they weren't intended to be used for anything as I've had several minor injuries/sprains over the years from lifting shit and if I spend too much time on the computer, the use of the mouse makes my right wrist feel like it's gonna fall off :awesomegenetics:

I hurt my right wrist bench pressing a few weeks back and it still hurts when I lift.

my wrists use to hurt and I wore those glove with the wrist support....didn't help much.
I got rid of the gloves entirely, and just tried to focus on my form, and making sure my wrists were straight while lifting...I haven't had a problem since.

When I was in HS I did the same, but both wrists. I couldn't skip any days so I just kept lifting and lowered the weight a bit. It took forever for them to finally heal up all the way.

That's my plan. After I got some sleep and did some gentle wrist stretches (either a good idea or a stupid idea for an injured wrist) it's already a lot better, doesn't hurt when tying my shoes but I can tell if I pushed it right now I'd just make it worse.
