I see what you're saying though Phat, and the regime i was originally following (Max-OT) they had a modified section for 3 days a week workout and this is what they suggested. Evidently it's working cus honestly my self-esteem has shot up almost 3 fold. My calves feel like rocks, Jasmine made the comment yesterday after she tried to hit my arm and was like wow that's hard. Inside I was like YYYEEEAAA!!! Those are the GUNS BABY!!
Honestly, unlike before, I don't feel working out has become a chore. Maybe because i'm doing it in the morning and not after work. I'm looking at my current progress now compared to what it was when i started working out back on 10/2 and ended on 12/8 and i'm sorta on par. I'm currently on week 6 and back then I was 213.8 and 29.8 Body fat. Now i'm currently 211 and 29.4% Body fat. When i stopped I was 204.6lb's and 28.6% body fat. I don't plan on stopping for a while, or at least until i look like Reech or Jay (preferably Jay, just so i can put on old clothes and rip right through them when i flex). Then i'll maintain that figure.

Dude.. Awesome work Jae! As for looking like me, that's not the hard part.. the hard part is shredding your body to look like Rich. 4% is ultra athlete status!!!
Mar's co-worker asked her how many pull-ups I could do and she said.. "I don't know.... a lot." hahaha woo woo.
Then she came home and asked me and I said like 25 normal or like 30-35 neutral/reverse grip. maybe like 15 wide.

DAM 4%. That's INSANE!!! :eek3: I can't imagine that. Whole lot of beef lol.
Oh and Phat in regards to dips. I'm going to actually try them this Friday. I've honestly never done them before so it'll be interesting to see. I guess i'll start off with body weight dips and depending on how that goes i'll work my way up to weighted dips. I don't see why I can't do them but we'll see.
Also, not sure if i mentioned this. All my weight lifting is usually 2 sets of 4-6 reps at dam near max load. So i'm not doing low weights high reps.
