IMO, i think you should focus just on chest alone. Tris and shoulder should be on separate days also, but not on consecutive days as chest. I would also focus more on free weights and add in some pushups and dips.
Taht would require me to work out more then 3 days a week and i can't do that. Current setup is
Back , Bi's, Forearms
Tri's, shoulders, chest
