I am feeling good. Did Bi's and back today. I'm really stoked at how much smaller my tits are becoming. It honestly was my biggest concern. I'm tired of having man boobs. They were reallly puffy at the tips, now they're flattening and shrinking :irock:

Do you workout chest once a week?
Yea this week chest is on Friday. I usually do a bench press, then inclined barbell press followed up with a machine that works the chesticles and triceps. I decided to do chest and tris and shoulders on the same day because it seems most excercises for those respective parts all correlate with one another.

IMO, i think you should focus just on chest alone. Tris and shoulder should be on separate days also, but not on consecutive days as chest. I would also focus more on free weights and add in some pushups and dips.
