Yea this week chest is on Friday. I usually do a bench press, then inclined barbell press followed up with a machine that works the chesticles and triceps. I decided to do chest and tris and shoulders on the same day because it seems most excercises for those respective parts all correlate with one another.
IMO, i think you should focus just on chest alone. Tris and shoulder should be on separate days also, but not on consecutive days as chest. I would also focus more on free weights and add in some pushups and dips.
