Jae: just keep at it and don't EVER compare yourself. The guy I workout with everyday ALWAYS compares himself to me (he's actually bigger than me). When we did chest day and went heavy, I was able to get up to 365 pretty quickly while he barely got 305 up. Then he tried 315 and it just lay there on his chest and I had to carry it off of him. That made him SUPER upset and was pretty much depressed for like a week. SERIOUSLY depressed.
Everyone in the gym was trying to say to him that you shouldn't compare yourself 'cause EVERYONE is different and the fact that he got 305 up is plenty impressive. But nope.. he was and is still a little depressed.
Just go at your own pace, but DO NOT take it easy. Push though and don't be afraid of heavy weight. That's what spotters are for.

Oh don't worry, the only people i'm comparing myself to is YOU lol. I need something to work towards lol. I know I won't be able to get where you're at without hardwork. I don't know why someone would get depressed, i feel it would be more of a reason to try to work harder towards that goal.
Unfortunately I don't have access to a spotter so i have to use the machine where you put the weight on and you basically just turn the bar to lock it in. MY goal is to hopefully be able to get up 200lbs by the end of sept. That would be incredibly awesome. I'm sure i'll probably plateau at like 180 or 190...it's like the story of my life lol.

I only have one workout today and then it's off to the falls camping trip to impress the milf
h: Imma do shoulders, abs, and then just a shitload of pushups. I could do tons of weight with chest presses and hulk squeezes and whatnot, but I find nothing tones up the bewbies quite like a bunch of pushups.

Snap, I forgot about this thread. To answer your question, its a furious cool down after a swim. You swim 50m, climb out of pool do 10 push ups, get back in and swim another 50m, climb out and do 9 push ups...and so on. This is after I'd say a 1000-1200m swim so you get BLASTED.
Weighed in last night at 178 again (no supplements but a decent diet). Its my natural body weight. Im gonna aim for 185 with a high calorie intake and leave swimming (the cardio burner) out of it...just to see how long it takes. I'll start on Monday.
