Just go at your own pace, but DO NOT take it easy. Push though and don't be afraid of heavy weight. That's what spotters are for.

Oh don't worry, the only people i'm comparing myself to is YOU lol. I need something to work towards lol. I know I won't be able to get where you're at without hardwork. I don't know why someone would get depressed, i feel it would be more of a reason to try to work harder towards that goal.

Unfortunately I don't have access to a spotter so i have to use the machine where you put the weight on and you basically just turn the bar to lock it in. MY goal is to hopefully be able to get up 200lbs by the end of sept. That would be incredibly awesome. I'm sure i'll probably plateau at like 180 or 190...it's like the story of my life lol.
