Yeah, I'm apprehensive to go on a creatine cycle. I don't wanna get any bigger. I just wanna maintain this size and get really lean. I know it's all diet, but damn..
I'm trying to figure out why my chest is so burnt out and the only thing I did different was a set of 5 negatives at each interval (past failure).
Having the assisted reps is where that deep burn really comes into play.

I'm fucking wiped out after hauling my brother's demolished deck (about 2 tons of water-logged lumber) up the hill and around the house. I rewarded myself with some disgusting greasy pizza. That's three days in a row of horrible food for dinner (last week I cooked at home and ate pretty well).
Everything is decent except for getting enough rest. I usually hit the sack about 11 and wake up at 4:30.
Strength training 4 days a week and cardio 2-3 days a week. I eat pretty well except for my foul day. I'm seeing results because I'm dropping inches and seeing veins but getting stronger. I think I'm really limited because of fatigue and trying to cut calories while strength training.

It's usually 1 muscle group that day and I try to just beat the shit outa it. Like today was chest. Tomorrow back, thursday arms, friday cardio, saturday shoulders, sunday cardio, monday yoga/plyo, tuesday chest again....
Work was a little nuts today, so I didn't make it to the gym... although after gorgeing myself on pizza last night and feeling like I ate a brick, I went back to the gym for a second go-around at about 10:30 
I'll do what I can at home tonight or maybe head to the gym after dinner. :/
