Everything is decent except for getting enough rest. I usually hit the sack about 11 and wake up at 4:30.
Strength training 4 days a week and cardio 2-3 days a week. I eat pretty well except for my foul day. I'm seeing results because I'm dropping inches and seeing veins but getting stronger. I think I'm really limited because of fatigue and trying to cut calories while strength training.
