Strength training 4 days a week and cardio 2-3 days a week. I eat pretty well except for my foul day. I'm seeing results because I'm dropping inches and seeing veins but getting stronger. I think I'm really limited because of fatigue and trying to cut calories while strength training.
How do you schedule your lifting days, like what muscle groups.
Yea, that's not good for sleep, but you know that already.
