Hey Zackkk you talk a lot about how good all these shakes taste and what not and how much you know about the ingredients and what seems to be best for everyone but i dont recall you ever posting a picture/s. i think you just read a lot and lift, well non. prove me wrong, but i doubt it.

Up to finishing out my sets at 205 already, and that is doing a warm up set of 10, then 12,10,8,6,4,2, negatives till I can't hold it anymore.
I am so glad I joined a gym again, so many exercises I couldn't do because of limitation of equipment.

I am at 161 pounds and 19.1% body fat done on a caliper. I will be no more than 12% by August.

My mom's basement gym was not cutting it 
I cut my workout short today after I nearly killed myself doing decline bench presses. I WILL NOT bench press without a spotter any more. I did 2 sets just fine, then on my third I was grunting out the last two reps and very nearly was unable to get the bar back onto the rack on the last one. Took about 15 seconds of shaking and grunting and I felt like my head was going to explode with the exertion. I did feel pretty broly afterwards though

1.) Muscle Milk and Monster milk aren't pure whey protein. They're actually protein blends containing whey protein isolate, milk protein isolate, caseinates and other stuff.
2.) Monster Milk doesn't contain creatine monohydrate. It contains what Cytosport calls Kre-Alkaline and Creatine GCC, which is really betaine anhydrous and glycocyamine. Glycocyamine, or guanidinoacetate, is a creatine precursor and has not been studied nearly as extensively as creatine monohydrate. Unfortunately, glycocyamine supplementation is known and/or suspected of having negative effects, one of which is suspected to be an increase in homocysteine levels. Cytosport maintains that using glycocyamine is safe but they removed it from their Muscle Milk product citing the fact that it wasn't a primary reason for purchase. I don't claim to be a biologist, chemist, or even nutritionist, so I'll leave it for you people to do the research and come to your own conclusions. Personally, if I wanted to, I'd rather supplement with creatine monohydrate. It's cheap, proven, and researched.
And on a side note, it's interesting how many people are still all about ON whey. Their marketing department deserves a raise.
