Ok,

So it has less protein, fewer clean carbs, high calories, less recovery amino acids, and no creatine mono?

Plus there are worlds difference between that slow digesting casein and the fast digesting muscle milk.

ON's uses a more "pure" formula of protein and creatine mono will only bloat you up.

You went to cop college, son.

Exercise Science Kinesiology here.

Muscle milk is pure whey protein.

And creatine mono is found in every single muscle in your body. Taking the 5g per day in muscle milk will replenish what you use during a workout.

Any further comments pm me.

MM-
2.22 Lbs. $34.99

2.22 Lbs. Chocolate
Supplement Facts
Serving Size2Scoops(84g)
Servings Per Container12

so it would take roughly 80$ a month for monster milk.

how is that a good deal

I gotta agree with this.

Whey is my personal choice. Casein doesn't sit right with me, and most people don't even take it right. They'll pound a shake right before or after a workout and the carbs will just sit on your gut for a week.

I've never tried casein, but I've always wanted to try it...take it before bed and see if it helps with the recovery aspect. If I ever get back in the gym I may try creatine too....we'll see. Maybe just 5g a day and not load it.
