Been sticking to my routine, still need to work on my diet some though. The big problem is I go to the gym before work, so I need something i can keep things cold until I can get to work and get them into the fridge.
Other than that, my horseshoes are in full force and my shoulder lines are looking great, just need to cut off some fat around the midsection.
