shoulders today. I could barely lift my left arm to steer on the drive home
I need to start fapping with the left.
I also tried out this gizmo where you recline on a springy seat thingy, reach forward to grab a medicine ball, lean back then bounce forward and toss it into a net and grab another one, and so on... that worked up a good sweat.
