looking tight, i needs to lower my body fat, i'm guessing i'm around 15-18%

i need to focus on my lower back more.

i need to run one more day a week.

i need to work on abds more then i do...

shoulders today. I could barely lift my left arm to steer on the drive home I need to start fapping with the left.


I also tried out this gizmo where you recline on a springy seat thingy, reach forward to grab a medicine ball, lean back then bounce forward and toss it into a net and grab another one, and so on... that worked up a good sweat.

Never said it was the best, but i've had a hard time finding any other supplement that does over 25g protein per scoop with all of the recovery acids and creatine monohydrate added in. :dunno:
