Just got back from doing shoulders, traps, and some light cardio. Normally I do abs on the same day as shoulders and traps but I had a ton of extra energy yesterday so I did them a day early.

Went skiing from Thursday till today. Legs felt great, only fell once, and that one was not my fault. Looking forward to lifting again tomorrow.
I think next year we are going to Killington for a couple of days, that should be interesting.

Not at the resort we were at. I know the trails like the back of my hand i have been down them so much. Plus the last day I had my fiancé with me, so the challenge went down greatly. At least she can parallel now, which reduces the whining about her legs hurting a great deal.
