But if I want complex carbs like breads and pastas I can only have them within an hour after a work out. It actually works out well...if I am really craving pasta or something it forces me to go to the gym first :chuckles:

Also, 10% of my meals can be cheat meals (whatever I want) and because I am eating 6 meals a day for 7 days a week that's 42 meals so it means I can cheat on 4 meals a week. So between after workout meals and cheat meals I am really not very limited.

So like I said, I eat more now, lose weight, and put on muscle
hot dang

sounds legit. id love to try to go on something like that but i think it would be too costly for me im sure its not the easiest thing providing all them meals and/or gettin tired of re-using certain dishes over again. plus im not trying to bulk up

either way that whole thing about timing carb intake sounds legit. might try to mix that in w/ my routine. keep it up

Diet was the easiest to pinpoint for me.

Eating way more and losing fat is the truth. If you're doing it to pack on lean pounds you probably eat more than you'd like sometimes. :hs:

yeah the nutrient timing is all about stabilizing your blood glucose and nutrient levels so you don't have the rise and falls that cause you to store fat.
