my right shoulder has healed well after months of not doing heavy bench press, but I think i jacked it up again after a chest workout the other night.

start off with 170lbs did ten reps of ten sets consecutively without a break. took 5lbs off each set for a total of 10 sets. Felt good but now my right shoulder feels like it's wrecked again Will do some cardio and bicep later.

I think that is way overdoing it for a healthy shoulder, especially without a warmup set to give your muscles time to get ready.

Underage. But there really isn't such a thing as 'underage' during mardi gras, I just didnt feel like drinking today.

my overall impression is p90x is great but is not a good beginner workout for those out of shape :chuckles:
wait till you do Plyometrics tomorrow. :hsugh: Just finished mine right now.

Actually, they're gonna be tough for you if you have a bad knee.
