Official HAN Fitness Camp III
my right shoulder has healed well after months of not doing heavy bench press, but I think i jacked it up again after a chest workout the other night.
start off with 170lbs did ten reps of ten sets consecutively without a break. took 5lbs off each set for a total of 10 sets. Felt good but now my right shoulder feels like it's wrecked again
Will do some cardio and bicep later.

Will do some cardio and bicep later.started p90x today. I did chest and back. I made it through the entire workout without doing less than 10 reps of anything. My muscles were screaming at the end. It was a great workout. I actually did some extra push-ups, bench, and back after because I felt so pumped. For cardio I did some 5 minute sprints on the elliptical (no jogging until my knee heals
)
my overall impression is p90x is great but is not a good beginner workout for those out of shape :chuckles:

Actually, they're gonna be tough for you if you have a bad knee.
how was everything? and did you hit up St Charles?
