I don't care how much you bench, that is not a warmup set and don't give me the "I benchpress 300 lbs" crap either. I used to be able to do that too, and probably will be able to do it again in a couple of months. Start with stretching, then at most 25% of your max weight should be used as a warmup.
And plus, Phat started at 170 and went down from there, that is not a warmup set for him then.
wait till you do Plyometrics tomorrow. :hsugh: Just finished mine right now.
Actually, they're gonna be tough for you if you have a bad knee.
I just watched part of the plyometrics video. I don't think I will have a problem. A lot of non-stop repetitive pounding like jogging or running makes it start to get stiff but other than that it is good. The plyometrics workout looks like enough variation to keep it from hurting.
about 36 minutes into plyometrics now....my legs are so fucking tired and I am sweating but my heart rate is slow as hell. It's around 130bpm. I guess I will be going to the gym later tonight anyway.
fuck plyometrics. I am sure it's a good workout. I could feel the burn but it is boring as hell to jump for an hour. Plus the only part of my body that is tired is my legs. I just don't feel like I am getting a good work out when I wear out my legs so much and I still feel like the rest of my body has energy. I guess I am just looking for something that is more like a wrestling match...after 25 minutes of wrestling every part of your body feels like it's about to fall off.
hey jon, i know you do bjj with Lacey, but have you butt sex her while having her in a rear naked choke or pound her missionary style while she's in full guard?
