Official HAN Fitness Camp III
i think my bball shoes are the issue with my leg, clenching toes puts strain on the front part of my calf
im going to wear my old ones tonight and test my hypothesis
finally dug out my curl/bench bar from my parents, taking that down to my apt so i can add a few more weights to the routine
i maxed out my dumbbells for curls this week, fucking narrow handles pinch my thumbs when i clench real hard

hit up the mad cardio yesterday
but I ate two grilled chicken sandwich with mad bacon though :hs: Then I did some oblique and lower back exercise
Felt damn good until I ate a large egg sandwich on toast this morning 
Need to get me some proteins though. Imma increase my intake to 2 times a day.
