I just drink monster milk....but in the morning for breakfast I mix a scoop of protein powder in greek yogurt (but any low fat yogurt will do, check sugar content too) and put some blueberries or banana slices on top. Kick starts your day with 35g of protein and some fruit :yumyum:

I just drink my econo-protein from wal-mart microwaved in a glass of skim milk. I've never really been a breakfast person

The heat will denature the protein making it less bioactive

I doubt it will make a difference. The acid in your stomach will denature it also. I don't think the conformation of the protein matters when your body will be breaking it down to amino acids anyway. It could effect the rate of absorption. But again, that's not a big deal.

drink the flavored sparkling water from your local safeway, kroger, whatever. Its like 70 cents for a liter, tastes good, and has the same carbonation as soda (sometimes I crave the carbonation just as much as the soda itself). Pretty much no nutritional/caloric value whatsoever.

Although my friend said it has aspertaime, which is supposedly bad... I have no idea

they claim aspartame is cancerous but no real convincing data

My friend said it makes you feel hungry, but I never really noticed.
