I just drink monster milk....but in the morning for breakfast I mix a scoop of protein powder in greek yogurt (but any low fat yogurt will do, check sugar content too) and put some blueberries or banana slices on top. Kick starts your day with 35g of protein and some fruit :yumyum:
I doubt it will make a difference. The acid in your stomach will denature it also. I don't think the conformation of the protein matters when your body will be breaking it down to amino acids anyway. It could effect the rate of absorption. But again, that's not a big deal.
drink the flavored sparkling water from your local safeway, kroger, whatever. Its like 70 cents for a liter, tastes good, and has the same carbonation as soda (sometimes I crave the carbonation just as much as the soda itself). Pretty much no nutritional/caloric value whatsoever.
