so I was taking off my jacket at work today and one of the guys there goes "Damn you must do some pushups or something!" I just smiled and said "Yeah I work out a bit"

It's nice when other people notice you've put in work at the gym

I ran continuously for 5 miles yesterday. First time I've ever done that. My goal is to try and run a half marathon by the end of the summer.

I drove to Longmont and bought a big 5 pound tub of Wal-Mart whey protein. It'll be my first attempt at any sort of protein regimen other than the occasional chicken, etc. I had a good workout today, but ate a whole pizza tonight. Oops :hsd:

i'm under 6%, which is not freakish but a result of eating right and a dedicated workout regimen.

4% is considered freakish, reserved for super athletes.

PS i was tested the "right" way, in a dunk tank.
