Thanks guys I'm a little frustrated with my lack of progress (if you've kept up, I've looked pretty much the same since last summer). But I guess it's better than being stuck fat h:

The diet thing would require a major lifestyle change that I don't think I'm capable of. 1) I never buy groceries and pretty much never have food in the house, so I eat out most of the time. 2) I hit the bottle on the weekends which generally results in drunken munchies and over-eating 3) when the urge strikes, there is no controlling it. I am very susceptible to fast food advertising

Hence, my frustration. I could work my ass off and hit my fitness goal in a couple weeks, but what's the point if I can't maintain it.

down another notch on my belt, tried on my 34s the other day and they FIT!!!! snug but they fit so im pretty happy.

Maybe you set up too straight up? Who knows. But get fitted on a lie board too. It will tell you how the bottom of the club impacts the turf...you might need an upright lie angle.

Me? Well I eat out a lot too, but usually it's somewhat healthy and portioned. My drinking has probably reduced like 80% lately. Below-the-belt-shots?

Good shit Vinnie!! I'm feeling good and strong.. Veins are a poppin.. Worked out bi's and tri's at lunch and made and AWESOME mixed green salad with baby heirloom tomatos, garbanzo beans and shredded chicken breast with a little thai peanut dressing. YUM YUM

Don't get me wrong, I hit the gym 5 days a week and usually run 4 miles 3 times a week, plus snowboarding pretty much weekly. I get lots of exercise... I just can't control what I eat. Those pics don't really tell the whole story either. There's a fair amount of flab on my boobulars and around the waist. In fact, in that "relaxed" pic, I think you can actually see my under-titty crease I'm probably around 14-15% body fat.

i flexed in the mirror just now and my upper ab section are looking ripped. cardio and ab exercises are doing its part i will take pics in a week or two
