I diet and workout like crazy, and I can't get rid of my body fat for shit.
Don't get me wrong, I hit the gym 5 days a week and usually run 4 miles 3 times a week, plus snowboarding pretty much weekly. I get lots of exercise... I just can't control what I eat.

Those pics don't really tell the whole story either. There's a fair amount of flab on my boobulars and around the waist. In fact, in that "relaxed" pic, I think you can actually see my under-titty crease

I'm probably around 14-15% body fat.
