I'm a little frustrated with my lack of progress (if you've kept up, I've looked pretty much the same since last summer). But I guess it's better than being stuck fat

The diet thing would require a major lifestyle change that I don't think I'm capable of. 1) I never buy groceries and pretty much never have food in the house, so I eat out most of the time. 2) I hit the bottle on the weekends which generally results in drunken munchies and over-eating 3) when the urge strikes, there is no controlling it. I am very susceptible to fast food advertising
Hence, my frustration. I could work my ass off and hit my fitness goal in a couple weeks, but what's the point if I can't maintain it.
