tried ab ripper x the other day
i couldnt do everything for the full reps, but i did pretty well
burned out my thighs more than my abs though
we will see how it is going in another few weeks
After 1 workout day and 2 barbeques this weekend, I weighed in at 172 today. I gotta get cracking on my cardio and probably watch what I eat for a couple weeks :hsd:
From my calculations today I have lost 3.8 pounds of fat and gained 4.1 pounds of muscle in a month and 6 days. I am real happy with that. If my diet was a little better I would think the fat numbers would have been up some more.
