Omar, warm up is the key, I had major right shoulder problem for a long time, but it's good now.

I did some quick cardio yesterday night, feels good. Will hit up the tris and abs tonight.
I usually do two warmup sets then stretch my shoulders, but i'm the least flexible person ever so i think that's why i hurt myself when lifting.
