I've been eating and drinking a lot more than normal and my workouts been subpar. Imma try to get back to it tonight.

Hit 204 yesterday. I'm struggling once again to get past this mark and close to 200. All in all i think it's been good, lost 10lbs in roughly 3 months. Only thing I don't like is the fact my BF% isn't dropping that much. My goal is to be sub 200 and below 27% BF by the end of October.

fucking frustrated because I'm covering for a co-worker and they've wasted about two hours of my time today saying to be somewhere at X-o'clock when shit was actually scheduled later. So now I'm going to be busy until 5:00 and the gym is intollerably crowded from 5:00 to about 8:00 so I'm missing my mid-day window.

Fucking damn it to hell. I've been waiting for what seems like months to get a normal fucking work week to go to the gym and get back in the groove. I'm starting to really hate my job

Did some nice ab and chest workout yesterday. will try to jump rope and do some legs tonight. got to get my sexy on

Missed a week and did bench last night to start then did arms. Still working with 245 on flat. Suprisingly with playing b-ball 2-3 times a week and only lifting once, I'm maintaining at 181lbs. If school wasnt in the way, I think Id be 185-6 now.

been on a steady workout regimen. Haven't weighed myself for over a month, so when yesterday I stepped on the scale it read 156lbs gained 2 to 3 lbs in a month by just eating like a pig. OOooh well. I'm trying to up the cardio to see if i can burn the fat. I need to buy a body fat machine to gauge how much fat i lose.

Bought some new bball kicks last night - something I havent done in 13 years. At first I thought they were the shit...now I dont like them and want to sell them. I need mids, not highs. Best $84.00 ever spent...
