Sloppy onshore junk.
Missed a week and did bench last night to start then did arms. Still working with 245 on flat. Suprisingly with playing b-ball 2-3 times a week and only lifting once, I'm maintaining at 181lbs. If school wasnt in the way, I think Id be 185-6 now.
