Good boobie day and weighted abs stuff. I somehow pulled something in my neck this morning (or maybe while I was sleeping)... it's uncomfortable and sore, but I don't think it'll hold me back at all. I just took some ibuprofen and went at it.
Gonna try to run three times this week. The weather is finally cooling off (got our first snow last week) and it's getting dark earlier so I don't have to wait till right before bedtime to run (can't run in daylight because of package visibility factor of my bball shorts :hsugh: )

Anyhoo, back and shoulder day today and my boobies are still a bit sore from yesterday (always a good sign). Weighed in at 175 today, but I don't feel any flabbier than usual... I think I might just be hulking up a bit. Gotta stop eating a whole damn pizza right before bed

Workout crew. I'm down to 201 and i'm beat. Going to the gym in the morning at 6am. Then going to my main job from 8-4:30 then going to best buy from 5:30 - 10:00pm. I'm beat. I don't know how much longer i'm going to be able to hang in there.
Keep it up dude. For me, even if it's hard to squeeze in, exercise is the best way to deal with a stressful day. Even if you have to cut back a little, do something every day. You'll feel much better.
