That's pretty nuts Craig. I can't get past 80lbs or so dumbbell press, but I feel like i could go a little higher if I had someone to help me get them up the first time. h:

Getting them up the first time is THE hardest part of the workout. I bet you could definitely step it up if you had a spot.

Hrm... Looking at the way he did it, he didn't even really need to push them up the first time. I do that when I'm done (otherwise I can't get up, lol), but I've never tried pushing with my thighs to get them up

Ate four piece of popeye's chicken yesterday and then did mad chest workout. Haven't lifted that hard in awhile got my fiancee's lil brother working out with me now, we're going to try to lift three times a week. Imma try to do cardio twice a week.

Monster back and shoulder day today I also ran into my brother's sis-in-law (recently divorced :hsugh: ) at the gym today

i've been eating like a 300lb man for this past month. Start dieting tonight

I've been doing a good amount of ab exercise though. Abs looking nice, but is covered by fat. up to 157lbs. Will try to do some mad chest tonight with a little bit of abs. Will post pic by the end of the week/
