Me too. I've been doing half-assed workouts for a couple weeks now :-/ I tried presses for the first time today since my tendonitis and it hurt, but it didn't feel like I was doing any additional damage. That's at 70 lbs rather than the usual 80. But I guess I shouldn't be complaining... the 70 lb dumbbells still look pretty big

I think it's almost winter time and I won't wear as much short sleeve shirts so no need to look buff.
yesterday I walked with the gf and was going to lift some weights afterwards, but got lazy and didn't do it.

I haven't worked out in forever. I have only had one day off the past month. Hopefully things will slow down a bit and I can start fresh in Nov.

I feel like it's been a couple months since I was really on my game, and probably 4 or 5 months since I was on my game for any extended period of time. I've been working harder the last couple weeks though and am feeling much better about my workouts. My wrist still isn't 100%, but it's feeling good enough to do pretty much all the normal stuff now.
This is pretty much for motivation more than anything. Need to lose about 5 lbs around the middle and beef up a little more around the boobs and shoulders (I've slacked on both areas lately due to the tendonitis)
