Me too. I've been doing half-assed workouts for a couple weeks now :-/ I tried presses for the first time today since my tendonitis and it hurt, but it didn't feel like I was doing any additional damage. That's at 70 lbs rather than the usual 80. But I guess I shouldn't be complaining... the 70 lb dumbbells still look pretty big
