Good stuff Mr. Jouette, hopefully you can stick with it. If you don't do it for yourself, do it for your children. 160/90 is not good.

Congrats spanky!! Get R done.

I ran yesterday on the treadmill. Did 2 miles at 6.5 and then back down to 2.5 to get my heart back at rest rate.. then did quarter mile sprints at 9.5 to wrap it up at 3 miles.

Then some explosive knee to chest jumps (3) sets. After that I was DONE.

Depends on what you get. Packs of boneless/skinless chicken breasts are cheap, and so is rice. I eat that probably 4-5 nights a week....works out to less than fast food by a good amount.

I was speaking of the sodium content of the lean cuisine dishes

When I had a kitchen and watched what I ate I made all the meals for Monday-Wednesday on Sunday, and all of the meals for Thursday-Sunday on Wednesday and just refrigerate.

I cannot wait to get back to that.

Grocery bill used to be $28 every two weeks.

Imma start doing heavy leg workout and see if I can gain some muscle weight from that. I'll see if I can get back to 160lbs.

you'd be skinny in no time if we workout together, but I can't prove that because we'll never workout together
