So I went to GNC and bought some product with my roommate before we did back. Then got up this morning at 4:15am and in the gym again at 5am. I've made it a goal to be at a solid 185lbs by the middle of Sept. Im a lean 180 right now but havent been dieting right. I kinda like the morning workout because Im alive right now. Then I'll go home at 3:30pm and fall asleep in the sun at the pool for a few hours. Then repeat. Word up.

what about dinner? i think this is the main reason i am getting really hungry, because i'll eat like a small snack before working out, and some fruit right after.

right after your workout. It will help you build muscle and recover from the workout. You shouldn't eat anything right before bed, your body sucks at digesting food while you sleep, and it's a good way to get fat

I think this is a myth. Not 100% sure. I eat right before I sleep a lot of times
