didn't workout all weekend played 4 hours of bball yesterday, my knees felt like crap afterward, I could barely walk.

Down from 225 to 200, bitches. Rollerblading to the beach Saturday and Sunday, jogging 3 miles a day on a bike path near my crib for the last 2 weeks. Eating more than I ever have before, but I'm eating the right shit. Lots of fruit, spinach, nuts o:, chicken breast. Absolutely no processed anything.

I dusted off my incline board and started doing sit-ups. I can see the "V" forming at my torso. Makes me feel, :hugglez:
My goal is 180-185, then I'll bulk up. I like feeling slim again.

Good looks, Dave. Yeah... I miss having it. Shit came so easy in my 20's, but I'm down for the challenge.

On my incline board, I'm doing sit-ups where I lock my feet in the holders, and use a lifting, rolling motion. I feel like I'm hitting the abs from all sides. I start clockwise, then roll counter clockwise. Also, doing the stretch where you stand with your legs apart and lean over and touch the sky. Pulling on the sides really helps bring the V.

i am down to 243 from 269 but i still have a lot of work to do mostly diet thats the hard part for me.

my goal is 210 by summer
