Good looks, Dave. Yeah... I miss having it. Shit came so easy in my 20's, but I'm down for the challenge.
On my incline board, I'm doing sit-ups where I lock my feet in the holders, and use a lifting, rolling motion. I feel like I'm hitting the abs from all sides. I start clockwise, then roll counter clockwise. Also, doing the stretch where you stand with your legs apart and lean over and touch the sky. Pulling on the sides really helps bring the V.
