Down from 225 to 200, bitches. Rollerblading to the beach Saturday and Sunday, jogging 3 miles a day on a bike path near my crib for the last 2 weeks. Eating more than I ever have before, but I'm eating the right shit. Lots of fruit, spinach, nuts o:, chicken breast. Absolutely no processed anything.
I dusted off my incline board and started doing sit-ups. I can see the "V" forming at my torso. Makes me feel, :hugglez:
My goal is 180-185, then I'll bulk up. I like feeling slim again.
