Shoulder day yesterday, then I went to happy hour at the carribean joint and ate about 6000 calories in one sitting

Back, abs and hopefully a run today. I'm feeling a bit bloated still

Boobie day, busted out 3 sets of 80x12 dumbell press, which is close to a personal best (did 85x10 back in the spring). Also did some low-weight boobie flys and finished off with 8 shaky pushups.

Also, ab ripper isn't working for me anymore. I've upped the reps of everything, but when I'm done I still don't feel worn out. So I'm alternating ab-ripper and other random core stuff every other day. Now if only I could get the body fat down, I'd look pretty mean

If ab ripper isn't doing anything for you, start doing weighted ab exercises.

yeah, today I did weighted crunches (on the cable crossover machine) and weighted side-bends & leg lifts. I think if I do ab-ripper mon/wed/fri and weighted stuff tues/thurs, I should be set. I know people say you're not sopposed to work the same group every day, but that's what I did last summer when I was full-on batman status

Crunches and situps while holding a DB is good too...and if you have a medicine ball and a sturdy wall, you can do a lot.

OK so I have no food in the fridge and I have to go shopping but I'm way too tired to do it today.

Whats the healthiest way to get food in me (order)?
