I'm going to vomit. Did cardio intervals and I'm dying. Did pretty well though.. Ran a total of 2 miles on the tread starting at 2 then to 9.5 for about 2 minutes and back to 2.. back and forth. Then did knee to chest vertical explosions. 4 sets of 8. Then plank and leg lifts and I was done.. Ready to vomit done. I'm seriously sitting here with my fan on HIGH cause I feel like dying done.
