I use to hate seated rows, my hands be tore up afterwards because I go no glove.

Sorry I meant, i don't want to work out my arms 3-days in a row. Thats why I needed a break.

Hmm, I'd almost just give Legs their own day and add tri's to bi day.

Why so much cardio?

My routine rotate but for example this week it's

Mon - Legs
Tue - Cardio
Wed - Biceps, Back, Forearms
Thu - Cardio
Fri - Triceps, Shoulders, Chest
Sat - Cardio
Sun - Rest

I have no set schedule, I do whatever body parts I feel like that day Yesterday I did obliques and back. Today is probably legs.



What's a good ass exercise?

Back bends and this other routine...You lay on a stair (Like the ones they use in steps class) with your ass hanging off the end, legs waist distance apart, knees bent so your feet are flat on the floor and put some weight on your hips and raise your ass so your legs are straight with your body.

I hope that made sense...

Here...just lay on a stair thingy...about 1-2 levels

Phat do you have one of those yoga balls? The air hump is a pretty intense butt-burner. You put your feet up on the ball and your shoulders on the ground and then you make like you're trying to hump the ceiling. Also, rollerblades h:

Side note, I went on my first night time run in a few weeks... went better than expected. It think I'm gonna try for three runs this week since my schedule has been so nuts for so long. I need to get my shit together again.
