Back bends and this other routine...You lay on a stair (Like the ones they use in steps class) with your ass hanging off the end, legs waist distance apart, knees bent so your feet are flat on the floor and put some weight on your hips and raise your ass so your legs are straight with your body.
I hope that made sense...
