If you ever want to develop your torso (shoulders, chest, back, etc), you'll need to work your arms too. I spend at least one day a week doing arms only, and I can still tell it's my arms holding me back when I'm doing other exercises. You should also start fapping with your left hand
I use to hate seated rows, my hands be tore up afterwards because I go no glove.
