Official HAN Fitness Camp III
I'm starting a 12 week half marathon training program that finishes on the race day. If all goes well I'm going to use it as a spring board to run the Portland Marathon in October. But that depends on how well I'm able to avoid injury and how well my knee takes all the training.
pretty much this but I don't use a ball...I use this oblong thing (looks like a deflated ball I guess) so it doesn't roll.
