i will be making him go to the gym 3 times a week with me and hopefully get him to follow a semi strict healthy diet that mostly involves NO soda and LESS butter. its not going to be easy but by june come along i plan on him being around 240(hoping for 235).
he seems willing which is good.

Just got back from the gym. I realized today that my weak forearms are holding me back on rows, lat pull downs/pullups, and to a lesser extent, presses. So I threw some wrist curls and extensions into the mix. Hopefully I'll get some popeye arms in a couple months.

I checked out a new gym yesterday. It's baller as shit and most likely out of my price range. So I took advantage and worked out for about 2 hours. I really hope I have room in my budget for a membership there.
