Official HAN Fitness Camp III
I'm going to play for my birthday. Last round out I did really well.. for me anyways.
Yesterday did shoulders and back. Today working biceps and tomorrow we're going heavy for chest. I've noticed a TON of difference in my strength and endurance.
I'm feeling a LOT stronger, belly is going away and I'm feeling "tighter". Workout Krew represent! Plus I haven't spent any money on going out for lunch because all I do is work out.

Nice meng. We dfeinitely have to hit it up one of these days. I think Brett and I are comin down in September to play some.
I've always been in the 165-170 range, but my goal is 165 even and under 12% body fat (so the goal encompasses both building up beef and losing fat). After vacation a couple weeks ago, I was close to 175

with the cardio i'm doing 3 times a week, i can't gain any weight
I'm around the 158 to 160 lb range.
Only way i'll gain more weight if I intake more protein and lift bigger weights :down:
