I'm going to play for my birthday. Last round out I did really well.. for me anyways.

Yesterday did shoulders and back. Today working biceps and tomorrow we're going heavy for chest. I've noticed a TON of difference in my strength and endurance.

I'm feeling a LOT stronger, belly is going away and I'm feeling "tighter". Workout Krew represent! Plus I haven't spent any money on going out for lunch because all I do is work out.

yeah i only retain one whole egg and usually add just one more egg white. did that this morning with onions, tomato, mushrooms and swiss cheese

i dunno why you used cucumber either

Word. I mix 2 whites and two whole. It doesnt taste as good as with the yolks but waaaayyy better than just whites.

Back and abs today. 2 more pounds till my target weight! Once I hit 165, I'll get my body fat checked. I feel like I'm getting close:x:

I've always been in the 165-170 range, but my goal is 165 even and under 12% body fat (so the goal encompasses both building up beef and losing fat). After vacation a couple weeks ago, I was close to 175 h:

:edit: I was 18-19% when I joined the first fitness camp

with the cardio i'm doing 3 times a week, i can't gain any weight I'm around the 158 to 160 lb range. Only way i'll gain more weight if I intake more protein and lift bigger weights :down:
